We specialize in cooking regional and seasonal organically grown products.

All our dishes are very fresh and tasty.

Ham, sausage and pork meat comes from the Heldrich butcher, which is next to the hotel. The Heldrich brewery is also located nearby.

We obtain our eggs from a local farmer. Our potatoes are produced by a farm in the nearby town of Königstein, and our fruit and vegetables come from a farm in the village of Hahnbach.
